Coronavirus Update

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Shoe Deck shop at Lee on Solent will be  closed until further notice.

I am offering FREE home deliveries (from a safe distance) for local residents in the areas of Gosport, Alverstoke, Lee on the Solent, Stubbington, Hillhead, Fareham, Funtley, Titchfield, Locksheath and Warsash.

During this time, the shop telephone number will not be answered but I am able to respond to any enquiries via email at


With UK standard delivery, the majority of our orders in stock are delivered within 5 days, unless on occasion, demand is such that unfortunately, deliveries may take a little longer.

We aim to despatch goods within 24 working hours. You will be notified by email with confirmation of your order and also to confirm the payment process has been successful.  Once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched.


Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your order is despatched, we are unable to change your delivery address.

If you have any specific delivery instructions, please make sure that you let us know when ordering. Please note that by leaving delivery instructions for your order to be left in a safe place, you are agreeing that your order will be left at your own risk and that neither the couriers nor Shoe Deck can take responsibility for anything that happens to your order once it has been left in the designated safe place.

We despatch small parcels via Royal Mail. Should you be out at time of delivery, a card may be left for you with notice that an attempt to deliver the goods was made. Royal Mail may make another delivery attempt the following day, and if not your parcel will be at your nearest Post Office. Please note that if you miss your delivery attempt(s) it is then your responsibility to collect the parcel from the Post Office.


We can usually pre-order most of our products. Please contact us for details. We add an extra 5 days on the normal delivery time of 3-5 days for pre-ordered items.


To comply with the consumer online selling laws you have 14 days if you wish to return a product.  The 14 days starts from the day you receive the product. All returns must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging and in the condition that they were sold to you.

If the product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible but in any case before 14 days from the time that you receive the product. We know from time to time faulty products occur. We wish to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you. Firstly you will need to contact us including your order number, name and address and the product details, i.e how it is faulty and whether you would like a exchange or refund. We will then email you back confirming a refund or exchange.  Once we receive the item including packaging and tags, we will be happy to send you the replacement product or a refund.

All faulty items should be returned in a clean condition for health and safety reasons.


If you wish to exchange an item, you must firstly contact us including your order number, name and address and the product details and what you would like to exchange it for, i.e a different size or colour. We will then email you back confirming exchange. Once we receive the item in it’s original condition including packaging and tags, we will be happy to send you the replacement product.
